Serco FM;  We were brought in to recover this clients Facilities Management roll-out for their client State Street bank with facilities in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, The Channel Isles, Italy and South Africa. We audited and recovered their entire; operational management cultures, personnel and organizational structures, their data management capture and reporting and rationalized their facilities management software in line with commercial service delivery requirements. This was a £15millinon project where we developed and implemented short, medium and long term step changes to the situation we inherited and then handed control back over to senior in-house personnel.  All program milestones were hit.  All cost predictions where delivered under budgetAll client interfacing initiatives where executed without contention.  All managerial reorganization initiatives were implemented in line with recovery protocol delivering improved performances across all sectors of the business

Optilan Communication Systems; we were asked to come in and support them through their service delivery transition from a projecting and install function into a: maintenance and facilities management service delivery function on the St Pancras International Eurostar Terminal.  We restructured their site, processes, personnel and data management operations, implemented a new CMMS, improved their reporting function and raised their professional standing with their client. We then handed over the overall day to day management and responsibility for this service delivery function to a newly appointed in house maintenance manager. 

G3 Systems Ltd; their ministry of justice temporary custodial build program had stalled and they were in danger of having the project taken off them. We turned this project around rapidly, restructuring their office based project team and their field support structures, we enhanced their supply chain function whilst raising also their professional standing on the project.  We then handed this project back to an in-house managerial project team and the project was delivered to its client within agreed time scales which was very unlikely prior to our engagement.

BAA Heathrow; they were going through a major change and were suffering commercially from poor performance in their facilities and maintenance management delivery and end user service supply. We stabilized their managerial structure, rationalized their service providers, implemented a wide range of service level agreements and supported the company via interim support until they were able recruit in house professionals.

Maintenance Construction Project Management SpecialistsBNFL Magnox Generation; engaged on decommissioning the Windscale gas cooled nuclear reactor. They had attempted four times to implement an operational maintenance management structure & CMMS and had failed on all occasions. We based lined the plant, created the data and process structures, implemented a CMMS, produced all the necessary support documentation and were given a commendation from the nuclear inspectorate of industry for the efficiency, transparency and functionality of our implemented structures.

ABB Sai Sedelmi; awarded the build contract for the Taweela B power plant in the UAE but they had no quality assurance or technical documentation processes or structures in place to support their build program. We created a technical documentation department, produced all their quality plans, risk assessments and installation method statements and secured a TAB accreditation from their client.

Construction Development Oman; awarded the Nathi gather station rationalisation project. This client was unable to retain staff on this interior based project because of poor working conditions, slippage on the project and pressure from the client. We embedded a project superintendant onto the project, and effectively turned the project around ensuring that the project hit all its milestones and was handed over to the client on time.

Jacobs Davis; awarded a lucrative FM project for a client with facilities througout the north west. They quickly realised they didn’t have the expertise to either manage or deliver this project. We implemented clear FM drivers and evaluation protocols, selected suitable service providers, provided interim support and handed the project over to an in house manager at the appreciate point. They were awarded a further three Facilities Management projects based upon their performance on the initial project

Balfour Beatty Rail: awarded a maintenance and building services project from a regional network, however after two fatal accidents we were invited to come in and provide strategic maintenance and operational safety support. There were no more lost time or fatal incidents and the company was awarded further contracts.
